From taught lesson to invoice

Every lesson you write up is ready to invoice. At the start of the month there is a draft per family with the lessons from the past period, at the rate that belonged to each lesson. You check it and send it; nothing ever goes out on its own.

A lesson cancelled in time is not on it. Whether a late cancellation or a no-show counts is your call, in your practice settings.

The VAT wording that fits you

You choose your scheme once: the education exemption, the Dutch small-business scheme (KOR) or regular VAT. Every invoice then carries the matching wording. If none of those fits, you put your own text and rate on it.

Which scheme applies to you is for you or your accountant to decide. The software prints the wording you choose.

Everything an invoice needs

• A running invoice number per year, assigned the moment you send the invoice.
• Your logo and practice details on the PDF.
• Your IBAN with the invoice number as the payment reference, also as a payment QR code: parents scan it with their banking app and pay you directly.
• The invoice goes to the parent who pays, even when a child has two parents.
• A sent invoice is never edited; you issue a credit note against it.
• Lesson packages: sell, say, ten lessons in advance, and those lessons are never invoiced again.

Paid or not

You see for each invoice whether it is open, paid or overdue, and you mark it paid as soon as the money arrives. Parents see the same status in their portal.
