A parent portal for tutoring, with one link per child
Parents want to know when the next lesson is, whether the invoice is paid, and above all: whether it is working. The parent portal lets them find that out themselves, without a stream of messages.
What parents see in the portal
- Upcoming lessons and the lessons that have taken place.
- Invoices, and whether they are open, paid or overdue — with a payment QR code for the banking app.
- Progress reports as a PDF, as soon as you share one.
- Worksheets and homework you attached to a lesson.
- The lesson notes, if you choose to share them.
One link, no password
Every child has a link of their own. Parents create no account and have no password to remember. If a child has two parents, each gets their own link, and you can revoke a link at any time.
Letting you know without a message
From the portal parents can report an absence or ask for an extra lesson. An absence cancels nothing by itself: you decide whether the lesson counts. If you do not want this, you switch it off.
You decide what parents read
You share your lesson notes only if you want to, and your private note on a lesson always stays private. You always read a progress report yourself first; parents see it only once you send it.

How do parents get the link?
You copy the link on the student's page and send it on. Parents keep it as a bookmark.
Where do the progress reports come from?
From your own lesson notes. On Tutor and Plus a draft is ready at the end of the month; you edit it and send it.
